Our Story
Hi, I'm Jake — the dude behind the dough
I've always been a little obsessed with good food — the kind made slow, by hand, with ingredients you can actually pronounce. Cottage Bread Co. started because I wanted to bring real, honest sourdough to our community here in Hamilton, made the way bread is supposed to be made.
Sourdough is our main focus — slow-fermented and baked in small batches right here at home — but you'll also find a rotating lineup of cookies, cinnamon rolls, and other sweets.
You can find us at the Farmers Market in Florence on Saturdays, or grab your order via porch pickup right here in Hamilton. Have a birthday, wedding, or event coming up? We offer custom orders and catering — just message us to book!
